<message>&lt;b&gt;Dear friends, friends and internauts,&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

   A pearl is born: "Complex School and Academic Islamic the Pearls" are (COMSUIP acronym) its baptismal name.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Praises to the Lord who opened the time helping, to reach this stage of our existence, thus.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The present project that crowns several years of reflections ensues in particular of an assessment without complaisance of the educational situation in the Noun and to Cameroon in general and presents itself like an answer appropriated to the diagnosis that has been made.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   But after a inter-generational brainstorming, the present denomination has been kept. The pearl has this of individual that it is rare. The COMSUIP is an educational institution conceived by the young and put in work by the adults with the involvement of the young. 
&lt;br /&gt;
   It considers their aspirations to well-being and to the realization of their dreams that, in a report unanimously shared, affirm themselves in the culture of work and ethics (the pearl). 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   To this consideration, the COMSUIP is the answer citizen and republican to the deficit of the work culture and the one of ethics, these two curses of which endure Cameroon. It first aims the education of our children, men and women of today and of tomorrow because the well-being would always last, grace our children, these pearls that will make honor to their families, to our country, to the whole earth and our children.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The child doesn't come out of his mother's stomach knowing nothing at all, similar to a virgin cassette. If he learns the virtue, the respect of the other, the preservation of the nature, the taste of the effort, the hold of measured decisions, these are these trainings and these values of which he will benefit, of which his setting will benefit and that it will restore to the adult age. He won't be anymore a virgin cassette but the divine music that he will have recorded previously in him as the one memorized in a cassette.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   And if the child venerates God and guide of his life considers it in perfect good faith, his education will be sublimated.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   But so on the other hand, the education encourages, sign, directly or indirectly, vice, the « each for oneself », the bad faith, then the children, very quickly, will have to the adult age the deficient behaviors that we see today and that we deplore all.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The stake aside from the creator in the behaviors succeeds fatally to what we know today when the solutions of society proposed for their improvement linger again to give a proof of their efficiency.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   It is not so much that the children must receive an obligatory theological teaching but especially as the behaviors of the adults (who serve them of references) allow « them to teach God » naturally rather than the easiness to make the pain.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The COMSUIP wants to allow the individual to form itself in his double carnal and spiritual dimension. The COMSUIP protects the liberty natural of cult offered by God every individual that he created, then the one legalized for every citizen in a state layman as ours.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The COMSUIP leaves from the following assertion that all proceeds the creator and that what we make on this earth that we will leave one day or the other, must be he in honor of That one toward that will be the return.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The COMSUIP, it is: a goal (the good education), a motto (God's honor) and a strategy (the sharing).
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   0bjective : Of the efforts increased to distribute compatible knowledge with the human nature to all levels: primary, secondary, superior, professional and that answers to the needs of socioeconomic and spiritual development Cameroon, Africa and the world in a mind of justice, equality, fraternity, peace, and tolerance.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Motto: the union with God constitutes the absolute gas.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Strategy: A teaching that either to the man's service fully conscious of this reason he has been created and of for which is waited of him in the society.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   The COMSUIP declines itself currently in several measurements: primary (meadow-kindergarten, kindergarten, elementary), secondary general and technical, professional and superior. The primary section functions since three years. The other cycles get progressively in place. It is endowed with big laboratories for applications to the daily as well as for research.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   For the survey of this project several contributions have been collected of men and women, Muslim and non Muslim, believers and non believers. It would be trying to enumerate them all here. That him I am allowed nevertheless to mention those of Messed up Mairiga (director of the teaching deprives to the ministry of the basis education) of which the decisive support and determinant served of release, Gregory Effa Messi (former chief of service of the pleasures to the ministry of the higher education), and Mrs. Mandzuh, secretary in aforesaid service; of Mrs. Benedict Mbazoa Mballa, Chief of Service of the Management of the Establishments Deprived of General secondary education in the Ministry of the Secondary education and Mrs. Zintchem born Ngono Marthe Aurely, chief of the computer Cell of the ministry of the forests and fauna. 
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   I don't forget Emmanuel Tabley Ngwa Mwanjo, architect previously in service to the ministry of the Public Works and, his collaborator and drawer, Louis Ebanda. I must say the truth that we share this action with him.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   I think about Alain-Paul Yossik, Engineer of the Civil Genius in service in Bertoua in the East of the country for his numerous advice always motivated, his availability. Thank you for the journeys that he did between Bertoua and Yaounde so that we conferred when the telephone was not sufficient to grant us.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Quid of the public, traditional, and nuns authorities of the city host, Foumban? Their support went beyond our expectations and constituted for us a powerful catalyst. To all, I say again thank you for the bottom of my heart.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Being about the religious authorities, when this project has been presented to the Sheik Salifou Njitari, big iman of the central mosque of Foumban, it had this laconic commentary: « It is a real Center of Sharing of the Knowledge ». A divine inspiration on behalf of an octogenarian who translates what is the COMSUIP that wishes to tell the truth that the COMSUIP takes the denomination of CPS. Providence put me one day in contact with Michel Boussekeyt of March 2014; and since then, that of dialogues to give body to this innovative project. He proposes for his part the CPS, with (community of sharing of the knowledge) which I am also okay, especially since the acronym remained the same.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   A certain opinion often presented Cameroon like a country among the most corrupt where the least service cashed himself.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   I return here homage and especially justice to these men and women that, leading or simple agents of office, assistant managers or chiefs of service received us as much regularly as our emissaries in the different public administrations. They didn't require anything of us that the expenses planned by the texts in force to treat our files and when these dragged in a service, we never had the impression in their attitudes for which they waited that « we spoke well » like that says itself at home.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Of this report, I keep that another living Cameroon is possible.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   We experimented it during these last five years during which we searched for our accreditations. We must believe as Cameroonian in it and must work to his advent.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   To the total, this action reveals the diversity of opinions that is in use in Cameroon with in first plan, an impetus of ecumenism and sharing of the ideas since we received and integrated all applicable remarks, without consideration of religion, of sex, of age, of social rank.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   Muslims or no, we have paritairement contributed to its construction in a same impetus of heart, persuaded to put at the disposal of the youth of this country the means that she deserves. Outside of the mosque that is the reserved prayer place to the only ones Muslim, all other structures of the center are regularly open to all Cameroonian and foreign registered, without discrimination of no sort. It is besides in this worry that the access to all our buildings is democratic and gets to the service of handicapped people according to the recommendations of the Ministry of the Social Business. Thus, we will perfectly welcome people to reduced motivity because we took arrangements of welcome.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   In the wake and the continuity of the initiative of our devout precursors, we put there on foot an educational action completes for the instruction and the education of youth and even open to the parents. We dedicate this action entirely to the eternal that magnifies in these terms the science in the coran: « among His servants, only the scientists fear Allah » S35, V28.
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
   I pray him so that he accepts this action of our part and that it fully benefits to his first recipient, the youth of our marvelous country.
